cbagi Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cbagi ("We", "Us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the cbagi website and all services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, card games and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By registering an account on cbagi, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using cbagi and close your account.

cbagi reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Key Definitions

To register and use cbagi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cbagi does not permit use by persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party and not on behalf of a business entity.
• You hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, and which you will use as your primary account identifier.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of cbagi or any of its affiliated software or payment service providers.
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from cbagi or any other gambling platform, and you are not subject to any court order, injunction or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.

cbagi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or address from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one cbagi account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, truthful and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. cbagi reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false, misleading or outdated information has been provided.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbagi account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cbagi will never ask for your password via chat, SMS or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, except where you have notified cbagi of unauthorised access and cbagi has confirmed receipt of that notification.

Deposits

cbagi accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳100. Funds credit within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 2 hours during banking hours.
• cbagi does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• cbagi reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to satisfy such a request may result in account restriction.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal cap on verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cbagi account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 45 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 hours during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 16:00 BST).
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request submission.

cbagi offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback and sports betting refunds. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published at the time of offer, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, time windows and geographic restrictions. cbagi reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from bonus programmes without notice.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit applicable to each bonus are published alongside the offer. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above the threshold specified in the promotion terms may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. cbagi reserves the right to adjust contribution rates at any time.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

cbagi monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to the following prohibited practices:

• Bonus hunting: systematically claiming bonuses without genuine intent to play for entertainment, including techniques designed to exploit low-variance game strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Arbitrage betting: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, whether on cbagi or across platforms, to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors: taking advantage of technical faults, software errors or pricing mistakes on the Platform to claim winnings that would not have been available under correct operating conditions. Any winnings arising from exploited errors may be voided.

All games and betting markets available on cbagi are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly provide otherwise.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cbagi reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, and to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement unless live in-play betting was expressly available for that market. Odds on cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international fixtures may be subject to suspension during live events for risk management purposes.

Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live table are those published by the relevant game provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server log. cbagi is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions to internet or mobile data connectivity on the Player's end.

Crash Games and Slots

All RNG-based games including slots and crash games use independently certified random number generation. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is published within the game information panel. cbagi does not modify, adjust or override the RTP or outcome algorithms of any game provided by a third-party studio. Results are final once a game round has completed and the outcome has been recorded by the game server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbagi and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: using cbagi to deposit, layer or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. cbagi applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with its obligations and will report suspicious transactions.
• Fraud: providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud against cbagi or other Players.
• Hacking or technical manipulation: attempting to access, modify or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, game outcomes, odds feeds or account data through any unauthorised technical means.
• Use by minors: permitting, facilitating or failing to prevent access to your cbagi account by any person under the age of 21.
• Automated play: using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, complete bonus wagering requirements or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a standard human Player.
• Promotion of cbagi without authorisation: advertising, referring or promoting the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by cbagi in writing, including through unsolicited messaging on social media, messaging apps or public forums.

cbagi employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account action and may result in legal proceedings where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

cbagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Temporary time-out: Players may take a break from cbagi for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no bets may be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from cbagi. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact cbagi support through the Platform.

cbagi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• At the request of any competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, cbagi reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and all pending bonuses. Where an account is closed at the initiative of cbagi for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbagi's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any game, bet or transaction shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or mobile device damage, or system failure arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.

All content on the cbagi Platform, including but not limited to the cbagi brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, marketing materials and software, is the intellectual property of cbagi or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of cbagi. Unauthorised use of any cbagi intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

cbagi may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. Where the changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, bonus conditions or eligibility criteria in a significant way — cbagi will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via a notice displayed upon login prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using cbagi and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before closing your account.
